Enamelled glass is a type of glass produced by applying a ceramic paint to its surface and then undergoing a drying and tempering process. The glass may be enamelled by a roller coating machine or by screen printing.
Advantages of enamelled glass:
- high resistance to exposure to environmental conditions and thermal loads,
- high resistance to mechanical damage,
- properties of safety glass – reduced risk of damage in case of breakage,
- rich colour palette (RAL)
Glass is enamelled with a roller varnishing machine, which has the thickness of the paint layer from 40 to 230 g/m2.
